truly frightening.... just read these books & you’ll see what I’m talking about. Highly recommended - Truly one of the best true crime writers today. I know I will read new material and just enough on each case or person. If you haven't read his books grab any one and you will be hooked!
- What I found most interesting about this book was the vast disparity in sentences these killers received. Some sentences were way too lenient while others were extremely harsh. Seems we should be able to find a middle ground for most teen killers.
- The detailed information and research that the author had done to write this book. It's surprising and alarming what people can do to others without any remorse.

- I read this book with having nothing else better to do and to tell you the honest truth, it scared the living daylights out of me. It seems that no matter how much love we pour into our children and then try to lead and guide them in the path of righteousness, there are still some children that are in reality the source of true evil. Somehow they became obsessed with the wrong ideals, etc. Like in the volumes of Women that Kill, again there are the familiar stories that have been in the news. I am still astonished at what their rationale is whether it is really there or not to kill and do evil. If you really want to read this, by all means, go ahead. Don't say I didn't warn you! You can still be glancing over your shoulders to check on your own kids!
- I read Keller's anthologies as soon as they come out. They never disappoint. He sprinkles both well known cases and obscure ones from all over the globe and different eras. Even the ones you've heard of or read about before are interesting just because he writes so well. It is difficult to come up with cases where children are the killers but this book features 22 and is his second book in the series. I recommend all of his books.
- Children can be cruel, as we all know. Even so, the savagery displayed by the children in these cases is astounding. The crime of Billy Flynn, who was manipulated by an adult, is less shocking than the other cases where children and teens committed vicious acts on their own initiative.
The kids featured in this book planned and executed violent acts as it was no big deal. Four girls tortured and killed a 12-year-old girl because of a lesbian love triangle. Why was this even an issue for a 12-year-old?
